Hey Mazlith, as always IANAL but my understanding is that anything mechanical is covered under the OGL and is fine. Also referencing things/places/creatures by name is also acceptable due to the CUP.

Just remember, no artwork (other than artwork from blogs), this explicitly includes maps.

@stephen: its whatever someone prefers. I always include them as I like to put statblocks up on the back of my GM screen. And it saves me flipping trough the scenario. But some people dont include them and that is fine too. Everyone has their preferences.

Is there any restriction against uploading the files for scenario beasties in Hero Lab format? I created the creatures for 6-17 Fires of Karamoss in HL before GM-ing it and would be happy to share them but I'm wondering if it's not allowed since I haven't seen any of these up here so far.

I've started making these for everything I GM. Unfortunately, I've been out of ink recently, so I've been doing them by hand (yikes!). When I get more ink and get back to typing them out, I'll post them here for others.

@Stephen, no idea why, I suspect it might be a time issue. I always try to include all of the stat blocks largely because I hate having to page flip through a pdf or have stuff running over multiple pages in hard copy.

While I'm not a lawyer and can't provide legal advice the CUP says the following (which specifically allows you to create your own versions of the maps, as long as they aren't going to be mistaken for official Paizo etc)

"You may not use artwork, including maps, that have not been published in the blog, although you may create your own interpretations of material presented in our artwork and maps, provided that your interpretations don't look substantially similar to our materials."
