  This is a little printable handout I made for the skill checks in part 1.
  The idea is simple enough; cross off the benefits the players did not achieve before giving them the handout, then they return it to the GM once they utilize them.
  There is some space to allow the players to fill out the selected potion and the multiple boost benefits where their names can be written in and then checked off If they use it.
