  • This is an excel file I made to help keep track of the points. It has been a while since I looked at it. Some points are given for PCs doing stuff, but quite often, it is the Villagers that still get the points based on what you put in (for example, Combat Training w/ Intimidate, it was easier to just say they were being combat trained and due to intimidate the points went up). Feel free to manipulate to your heart's desire. The math is the bottom part of the spreadsheet. So feel free to put in dummy numbers before the game to get an idea of what happens. And to see if you catch any mistakes. Certain assumptions. Essentially all tasks required villagers in groups of 10 (20, 30, etc.). So i made five groups. The only one that didn't is scouting. But due to the above, that means the number of scouts will always be in groups of 10. So when you say they go scouting, you will get the bonus from 10 of them going and not just 5. I also made the assumption that group five is your bowman the PCs ever train a group as bowman. So if they train a group as bowman, it is group five. Hope this helps people.
