  I came up with these to use in PSA events, but someone suggested they might be generally useful.
  
  They're intended to be printed four to a letter-size sheet. I expect they'll work fine at A4 as well. The PDFs are setup as four-to-a-sheet, letter sized.
  
  The ZIP file is the original MS Publisher files.
